Doug Menefee is CIO for Schumacher Group, a U.S. emergency medicine practice management firm. Since joining Schumacher Group in 2005, he has led the deployment of a multi-million dollar technology initiative to upgrade and/or replace every enterprise system. Mike Lingo is CTO for Astadia with responsibility for providing the public with SaaS technology expertise as well as leading sales engineering efforts for enterprise relationships. Mike has over 17 year of application delivery experience with a background in application development, salesforce automation, call center solutions, campaign management, business intelligence, and project management.

Darren Morgan is Manager, Sales Engineering for salesforce.com responsible for evangelizing Cloud Computing and the Force.com platform. A frequent speaker, Darren provides technical leadership in key areas including Integration, Middleware, Business Intelligence and SaaS to help understand customer requirements, propose solutions, achieve competitive wins and ensure customer satisfaction. Darren has over 15 years experience working with both SaaS and on-premise vendors SAP and Siebel Systems.
